Roasted Monkfish w/ Teriyaki Glaze
Monkfish, or angler fish as it is sometimes known, has a texture similar to lobster.
Ours is oven roasted, drizzled with a rich, flavorful teriyaki glaze and served with ‘Riced’ Cauliflower and steamed Bok Choy.
Thanks to our friends at Local 130 Seafood for sourcing this fish for us right off the docks in Point Pleasant. Doesn’t get any fresher!
